Task
“Transport Week” is the main business event of the industry in Russia. The event is held annually by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for 16 years and includes a series of all-Russian and international industry events. The project’s mission is to stimulate discussion and reflection on Russian transport; strengthen the involvement of the transport community in shaping sustainable growth and prosperity in our country; demonstrate new technologies and solutions available in the transport sector. Organizing and conducting such an event is a serious challenge.
Solution
In November 2022, the “Business Dialogue” team organized a large-scale event called “Transport Week.” The main events of the “Transport Week” traditionally included the Forum and the Exhibition “Transport of Russia,” which took place from November 15 to 17 at the Moscow Gostiny Dvor.
Results
Over 3 days, 30 business formats were held, with 3500 participants, including representatives of federal and regional authorities, leaders of the largest Russian transport and engineering enterprises, digitalization and infrastructure construction. All open business sessions were broadcasted online on the website of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and on the official website of “Transport Week.” During the event, the online broadcast views reached 355,000. The “Transport of Russia” Exhibition featured major industry companies. The exhibition area was 3900 sq. m, with 75 exhibitors presenting new developments, and it was visited by 10,000 people, including 79 foreign delegations, 40 delegations from regions, and 25 heads of Russian regions.
