Task
The Ministry of Culture decided to organise a new unique event that would bring together young talents and teachers, parents, government, cultural, and public figures.
Solution
ERA Agency developed the overall concept of the forum and festival program at the VDNKh territory. The agency was responsible for complete development of 57 pavilions, working with VDNKh, organisng the show program, creating the forum’s brand identity, and collaborating with event partners. The project was carried out in collaboration with the company “Business Dialogue,” which acted as the program director for the educational part of the event.
Results
For 3 days in Moscow, children from 85 regions of Russia and 12 countries around the world demonstrated their talents and gained new knowledge in the field of art through lectures by cultural leaders and master classes by recognized professionals. The forum program included over 60 different educational and festival events, divided into 7 directions: choreography, theater arts, visual arts, film and animation, music, museums and exhibitions, traditional and new media. Young forum participants had meetings with iconic cultural figures such as Sergey Bezrukov, Nikolai Tsiskaridze, Igor Butman, and others.
The forum’s partners included the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, “Soyuzmultfilm,” “Gorky Film Studio,” “The Big Break,” the Russian Society “Knowledge,” the Young Journalists League, the Russian Culture Fund, and the historical park “Russia – My History».
Over 2000 people from all over Russia and other countries such as Belarus, South Ossetia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Bahrain, Egypt, and Abkhazia participated in the forum. The forum was opened by the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Olga Lyubimova, and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a welcoming message to the participants.
